1) The Ste. Anne Community Garden
The Ste. Anne Community Garden is up and operating. Thank
you to the many organizations that sponsored a garden plot. For
more information, please contact Annette Reszczynski

of the Social Planning Council. Thank you to all the participants
who helped build raised beds on the June 7th workday, including
corporate sponsors The Home Depot team, Toppers Pizza, Evans Lumber,
Gervais Lumber, and Canadian Tire! Other community partners
include Azilda Botanix Greenhouses, Sudbury Developmental Services
Therapeutic Greenhouse Program, and the City of Greater Sudbury.
2) The Spirit Garden
Better Beginnings Better
Futures and other community partners are developing a community garden and
a theatrical performance of R. Murray Schafer's 'The Spirit Garden' at the Better Beginnings
property. The full scale theatrical production will take place in spring
of 2010, however the community garden will be opening this spring
(2009). There will be opening ceremonies on June 6th from 11am onwards
at Better Beginnings (450 Morin Ave, Sudbury, On) that will include
drumming, music, info-fair, ice cream and lunch.

3) The 1920 Paris Community Garden
Due to insurance
restrictions only residents of 1920 or 1960 Paris Street can
participate in the garden. If you, or anyone you know, resides at 1920
or 1960 want to garden in 2010, please email us at info@foodshedproject.ca

4) Balmoral Gardens
Due to insurance
restrictions only residents of Balmoral Towers on Bruce Street or if
you live in Ryan Heights, can you participate in the garden. For
