Ron stresses the importance of soil health, and provides us with some tips on winter food storage (carrots).

Grow-A-Row Workshop Series - Mulching Your Garden

Ron explains the importance of allowing your garden soil to warm up in the Spring before you cover it with the mulch of your choice.  Remember that wood chips and sawdust take nitrogen out of the soil as they break down.  Also, let the top layer of your soil dry out before applying mulch.
